Are you the maestro who used to teach music at Ford Dagenham? If so I was a pupil on guitar and later banjo. If it is indeed yourself then “greetings from Canewdon”. I tried to find a teacher for banjo round this way but to no avail. At least not to your standard. My daughter has borrowed my banjo, possibly permanently but I recently took up the guitar again and it’s part of my 9 o’clock morning routine along with a mug of tea and a surf around my iPhone. Retirement it great. I am enjoying tackling Cripple Creek again after maybe 22 years Are you still teaching in Ford or maybe a place you had in Romford,

Just started the Boogie Woogie Piano course (purchased on eBay) and I have to say that I think it is excellent. I bought a different Boogie Woogie course before this and it had no written music! This did not suit me at all, because I like to have the sheet music in front of me, whilst playing. I have been walking around all day with the John Branton lesson 1 tune going through my head all day long! I can’t wait to progress further with the lessons. Thank you so much. Les

I would like to have some tuition in playing boogie woogie piano. I have no previous experience, but this burning ambition
Is on my ‘bucket list’ and I’m running out of time!

I only live about thirty minutes from Cambridge, and wondered if you could fit me in for some tuition.

Have just received Boogie Woogie piano and on the menu page it suggests starting with LHI – looked at the video clip and can figure out the left hand but its difficult to follow what the right is doing – is there a score somewhere?
